A full body circuit we like to call Hard HIIT. HIIT stands for high intensity interval training, and Allstar kickboxing is introducing a full programme of classes alongside our programme of kickboxing and boxing sessions.
These classes follow a simple structure with a routine warm up and mobilisation and then you are straight into the HIIT. 20 minutes of exercise broken down into rounds of 40 seconds work followed by a quick 20 second rest. Each HIIT contains anywhere from 4 to 7 exercise either using every aspect of the gym; from rowers, weights and slam balls, to just you and your body, in a circuit that will get every muscle group firing on all cylinders.
